After being a physician for several years Iseman began doing stand-up comedy. He worked with the improvisational comedy troupe The Groundlings to enhance his comedy career.
He, later, became a full-time professional comedian in the year 2002. He performed several USO shows in Afganistan, South Korea, Bosnia, and Hungary.
He takes Brian Regan as the comedy inspiration in his life. He then became a television host on several shows Scream Play on E! and Casino Night on GSN.
