Pornstar Stormy Daniels has sued president Donald Trump claiming the nondisclosure agreement she had signed is invalid because it lacks Trump's signature. Stephanie Clifford, whose stage name is Stormy Daniels, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday. Stormy first told the alleged extramarital affair with Trump in 2011 with the celebrity website The Dirty which was picked up by The Smoking Gun during Trump's presidential campaign.

Pornstar Stormy Daniels has sued president Donald Trump claiming the nondisclosure agreement she had signed is invalid because it lacks Trump's signature.
Stephanie Clifford, whose stage name is Stormy Daniels, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday.
Her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, posted the complaint online which claims the ''Hush Agreement'' that the actress signed is not valid as Trump never signed it himself.

The lawsuit claims Daniels and Trump's attorney Michael Cohen signed the agreement on October 28, 2016, two weeks before Trump elected president. The copy of the agreement shows Daniels, identified as ''Peggy Peterson'' signed the agreement paper. However, Trump, identified as ''David Dennison'' didn't.
The suit reveals Daniels and Trump had an ''intimate relationship'' during 2006 summer in Lake Tahoe, which allegedly continued through 2007.
Michael Cohen admitted last month that Mr. Trump paid Daniels $130,000 out of his pocket in October 2016 to keep their affair secret. He said the payment was lawful and was not a part of a campaign contribution or campaign expenditure.
Cohen said in a statement,
Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly.
After Cohen released the statement, Daniels claimed the ''hush agreement'' was invalid. Later Daniels' manager, Gina Rodriguez said, ''everything is off now, and Stormy is going to tell her story.''
