Ronnie and his ex-girlfriend Samantha Giancola, aka Sammi Sweetheart were a solid couple in the show until a few years ago when they split up.

Ronnie and Sammi were one hell of a couple, always fighting but still in love. But fans always doubted that their love and PDAs was just for the camera.
However, the pair proved it wrong when the show finally ended in 2013 and they were still together going strong, picking up bits and pieces until in 2016, when the pair finally called quits.
And now, after such a long time, Ronnie finally spoke about his relationship with Sammi in the show Famously Single.
In the Sunday night's episode when Dr. Darcy the relationship therapist asked him why he's with Sami, he stated that he was never completely in love with her.
The Jersey Shore star stated,
"I don't think that she ever fulfilled me inside.I guess that's why I cheated. Maybe she wasn't exactly what I needed."
After hearing the confession, another reality star of that show, Malika Haqq who happens to be Ronnie's ex also questioned him whether he's really over her to which he replied saying, "YES"
Just like Ronnie, Sammi too has moved on with her life as she's dating a fellow New Jersey native, Christian Biscardi and the pair is madly in love!!!!!!!
Ronnie Magro-Ortiz dated Malika Haqq
Ronnie started dating the reality TV star, Malika Haqq who's best friends with famous socialite Kim Kardashian back in 2016.
The duo was first spotted together enjoying a football date and soon after they announced their relationship via Instagram.
Malika and Ronnie told the sources that they started off as friends but eventually fell for each other. They first met on the set of Famously Single.
They dated for few months until in February 2017 when they announced that they split.
"Ronnie and I are really, truly opposites. His love language is very aggressive. It’s verbally aggressive, it’s physically aggressive. It’s just the way he expresses himself. My love language is communication."
"I’m a big communicator and I’m affectionate. We show our love language in two very different ways, so the way we were trying to communicate with each other was often misconstrued because we don’t speak the same language."
As for now, Ronnie is single and stars in Season 2 of E! Network's hit reality TV series Famously Single that premiered on June 25.
