Matt is now collaborating with the King of Latin Pop Enrique Iglesias featuring the new version of the hit Subeme La Radio, or Turn Up The Radio.

Matt shared his heart breaking story during his first audition in The X Factor among the judges. It was the time when Matt was a waiter; he had to leave his job because of his passion for music and also his girlfriend Jasmine.
"Sometimes, two people have to fall apart to realize how much they need to fall back together" Matt and Jasmine also realized that they were made for each other. It's a good news for his fans that the ex-couple is back again. The couple is in a live-in relationship.

One of his close friends revealed,
"Matt made a big thing about the fact he was a hopeless single and was left heartbroken during his first audition in front of the judges."
"She did split with him very briefly at one point but they’re currently very loved up and even living together in the same flat."
Jasmine and Matt have performed in many shows while attending the D & B Academy of Performing Arts in Kent. Jasmine is now a musical theatre star who danced alongside Joanne Clifton in Norma Jeane: The Musical.

Matt Terry: A Constant Rise in his Career
Matt was mentored by Nicole Scherzinger in The X Factor. After the elimination of Ryan Lawrie and Freddy Parker, Terry was the only one left in the team of Scherzinger.
He sang-off against Emily Middlemas in week 9 when he reached bottom two. He was the winner of The X Factor 2016 on 11 December 2016 beating Saara Aalto.

In no time he released his first single "When Christmas Comes Around" the original song written by Ed Sheeran.
It was the second time that the winner released winner's song; the first being Shayne Ward, the second series winner. He released his first debut "That's My Goal".

He used to sing Enrique Iglesias' songs in his room in English and Spanish when he was a kid. His dream is finally accomplished as he got an opportunity to show his talent in the acoustic take of the Enrique hit.
The Sun Online first disclosed the fact that Matt and Enrique were collaborating for the very first time. He said,
"We're label mates and both signed to RCA but mainly it’s because I have a Spanish background."
'I sing the second verse and the second chorus. We did it out in Miami. They said, 'Enrique wants you'.'
