BETH BEHRS is an American actress who is currently appearing in the role of Caroline Channing in the CBS sitcom 2 Broke Girls.
Early Life and Education of Beth Behrs
Beth Behrs was born on December 26, 1985, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to David Behrs and Maureen Behrs. She is the eldest daughter of her parents. She was raised along with her younger sister in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Behrs used to perform at the theater at the age of 4 and played soccer while growing up. She completed her high school from E.C. Glass High School. At the age of 15, she shifted to Marin County, California along with her family.
In 2001, she joined the Tamalpais High School and later she attends the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. She is a classically trained singer.
In 2004, she again moved to Los Angeles, California to study acting at the UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television. The following year, she performed in the production of Grease at San Francisco's Ray of Light Theatre.
In 2006, Behrs was named Miss Marin County, after which she started auditioning for movies and TV series. She grabbed her graduation in 2008 in critical studies. Following her graduation, she was awarded Young Musician's Foundation Vocal Scholarship.
