A Canadian-British Co-editor of the blog Boing Boing and a proponent of the Creative Commons organization. He is also the co-founder of the popular free software company named Opencola which was later sold to the company named Open Text Corporation. He was raised in Jewish activist household. When he was small he involved himself in nuclear disarmament activism. He completed his high school diploma from the SEED School and he attended four more universities with out gaining any degrees. His novel "Makers" which he wrote in 2009 helped him to gain more popularity.
