An American singer-songwriter and guitarist who is popular among her fans for her two top-selling albums, The Spirit Room, and Hotel Paper. She is a daughter to David and Peggy Branch. She was just three years old when she started singing. She attended Northern Arizona University to learn voice lessons when she was just 8 years old. She was so talented that she composed her first song "Fallen" in a week of receiving her guitar. She released her first debut single "Everywhere" which was an instant hit. In 2005 she founded country music duo The Wreckers alongside with her friend musician Jessica Harp. She was also awarded Grammy alongside with singer Santana for their duo song "The Game of Love".
Accounting her personal life she was married to her boyfriend who is also a musician. Going more specific her husband bass player. Couple's marriage was performed in Mexico in the presence of family and friends of both parties. Together the couple is parents of a daughter.
