A British children's author who has already written over 200 books which has been translated in more than 40 different languages and sold over 25 million copies. He was son to Bill and Freda. His father owned a butcher shop. At very young age of three years old he started to help his father in his shop. when he turned 18 he worked as management trainee for electricity board. In 200 he was granted with Honorary Doctorate of Education from the University of Sunderland. Among his books he is best known for Horrible Histories series. He is listed in 10th position in most-borrowed author in British libraries. In 2011 he retired from writing.
Regarding his personal life he is happily married man. He has very healthy relationship with his wife. An till now he has not involved himself in any kind of extra marital relationship.
