A Chinese co-founder, former CEO, businesswoman who is better known as the chairwoman of Longfor Properties. She was born in very ordinary family. In 1984, she completed her graduation from Northwestern Polytechnical University. She started her career as worker in Qianwei Meter Factory. Her career flourished after she and her ex-husband founded Chongqing Zhongjianke Real Estate Co Ltd. She is considered as the third richest woman of the China and holds 22nd in overall China. She was also listed in the the top 50 Power-women by Forbes. In survey done in 2013 she held 299th richest person in the world. She has a total net-worth of US$ 4.4 billion. Beside as businesswoman she is also member of National People's Congress.
Talking about her personal life, she was married woman but she has already divorced with her husband. Her divorce with her husband was very costly because of her status as the richest woman in China to Yang Huiyan after her divorce.
