Myrka Dellanos' troubled married life with ex-husband Alejandro Loyndaz: Couple got divorced in 2009: Is not dating anyone

Myrka Dellanos has had many heartbreaks. She has not revealed much information about her personal life. Find out more about that.

She has done many humanitarian works in her past and has been awarded multiple times for that. Myrka Dellanos is a well renowned Cuban-American journalist who is most famous for her work in children welfare.

Having born in a Cuban family, she was raised as an American kid. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the United States to Cuban immigrants.

After doing a lot of good work for the welfare of the society one must think that her marriage life must have been full of happiness and love, but it's not what it looks like.

We have compiled a lot of information about her for all of you, so let us get right into it.

All of us thought that this time she will definitely live a happy life with her newly wed husband but you cannot be so sure about anything.

Now how would you react in a situation in which your own husband would blackmail you for money or threaten to kill? You would definitely feel tortured and that's what she felt at that time.

In May 2009, her husband was caught by the police for a felony in four offenses including stalking, illegal detention, extortion, and theft.

When she was summoned to the court asked her about all the incidents that have occurred she had a mental breakdown and she cried.

She said that she felt sad when she found out that the person that promised to take care of her and be her companion for her whole life, was the one that will abuse her.

He used to beat her, threatening to kill her or hang himself in their backyard. It seems that her husband had some mental issues or he was just jealous of his wife's bright career.

They divorced on March 18, 2009, and the reason is quite apparent to all of you.

Many marriages but less happiness

After graduating from the University of Miami with a bachelor degree in Journalism in 1986, she married Alejandro Loynaz in 1991 in a private ceremony.

After two years they were blessed with a daughter named Alexa Caroline Loynaz, born December 1993.

Their marriage ended in a divorce in 1998 which was filed by Myrka as she came across an information that shook her entire marriage.

She found out that her husband was a person with homosexual orientation.

Myrka then married David Matthews in 1999, but the marriage only lasted 4 years as they got separated in 2003.

In 2004, she started a romantic fling with Mexican singer, Luis Miguel and that was one of the most talked about a relationship at that time as Luis is considered an icon in Mexico and anyone linking with him is a very big news.

It was said that the couple first met in an interview in which Myrka was doing an interview with Luis and their expression said many things to all of us.

She has gone to many places in the world just to do humanitarian works and her work is widely recognized by the whole world.

Thinking about this Syrian mom I met in one of the settlement camps in Lebanon on my trip with @worldvisionusa. She is 41 yrs old and has 7 children. She is still on my heart because she was so sad she could barely muster the strength to smile. The weight of the world is on her back and even though we spoke through a translator, her face told me everything. I've felt that way, where there is no strength to even smile even though I've never been in her situation. She has spent 4 years in this camp and after fleeing in the middle of the night to this foreign country, all she longs for is her Syria with the rest of her family, her home, her history. This is just one of the many stories I feel commissioned to tell so that the world will see the truth of the Syrian refugee crisis. I have more video and an interview with her coming soon to my YouTube channel. Please subscribe to Myrka Dellanos Official to see them all.
