She will be back in the game next month at the USA Basketball camp in California before joining the EuroLeague's Dynamo Kursk in Russia in the month of October.

She is taking the stand just to maintain and prolong her career same as Candace Parker who sat out of the 2015 season to rest and Diana Taurasi; missed the entire 2015 season.

McCoughtry was dealing with the pain from plantar fasciitis and tendinitis and that's the reason behind her announcement in January. She said,

"We need that'' rest. Who can play basketball all year with no break for years and years and years? We're not machines, we're not robots. It's (illogical), so you really need that time off just for your mental, number one, and then for your body.''

Angel, however, is busy these days managing her ice cream business in Atlanta's Castleberry Hill area. The shop was opened in the month of June.

Well, everyone needs a time off from all such busy schedule....Right.....???
