Sophie and Richard were close friends for five years before they decided to be in a relationship. They dated for a year and then decided to get married at the local church in London on 13 December 2003.

Richard, who is a property company director proposed the gorgeous lady on the occasion of her birthday in Amalfi, Italy.

The couple is living a blissful married life since then with no divorce rumors. They also have three children; two daughters (Ella and Georgia) and a son Oliver together.

She is a perfect wife and a mother who despite her busy schedule spends most of the time with her family. 

Sophie Raworth: Her Career as a Journalist

She initiated her career in 1992 as a news reporter in BBC network for Greater Manchester Radio and later as a BBC Regions correspondent in Brussels in April 1994.

She also co-presented the BBC's Breakfast News program on BBC One with Justin Webb and later with John Nicolson in 1997. She further worked with Jeremy Bowen in 2000 in news program Breakfast.

Sophie also covered Queen's Golden Jubilee, Tomorrow's World, What Not to Wear, and My Hero.

Since early 2009, Raworth is the main presenter on the BBC News at Six and BBC News at Ten along with Crimewatch on BBC One on weekday mornings. 

It is said that she earns £150,000 - £199,999 as a BBC presenter. Moreover, she has an estimated net worth of around $7 million as of 2017.
