Although the allegations are yet to be proved true. The actor remains adamant and claims he is not involved in any of three cases and claims it's all untrue.

The big question still remains, whether which one of the three claims is being reviewed by the district attorney? First, a 30-year-old woman from Britain claimed he raped her in 2014.

Prosecutor Greg Risling stated the office was given the case on March 20. As many of you might know the standard procedure includes an investigation by the police and then handing over the reports to the D.A.

The Gossip Girl star first came to limelight from the accusation when actress Kristina Cohen filed a complaint against him for raping her.

She gave the full detail on her Facebook page. She wrote,

“I was woken up abruptly by Ed on top of me, his fingers entering my body. I told him to stop, but he was strong. I fought him off as hard as I could but he grabbed my face in his hands, shaking me, telling me he wanted to f— me.”

Soon another actress named Aurélie Wynn came aboard and also claimed Westwick of raping her. She stated how she visited his house and then pushed her face down. He even ripped her one-piece bathing suit.

And it didn't long before another accusation came flying in. This time creative producer Rachel Eck accused him of groping her at a Hollywood hotel.
