Kate Upton Has Finally Opened Up About The Alleged Harassment By The Guess Co-Founder Paul Marciano; Says 'It's More Than Just Firing Him

Actress Kate Upton accused the Guess co-founder, Paul Marciano of sexual harassment in a tweet on January 31st, and after a week, she has now provided details about her allegation.
The 25-year-old The Lay Over actress has spoken about the alleged harassment with the Times Magazine where she has claimed Marciano verbally harassed and touched her inappropriately while she was only 18.
Upton claims, Marciano ''forcibly'' groped her breasts, saying he wanted to confirm whether they're real, while she was on her first day of shooting with Guess in 2010. She shared with the magazine,
Despite doing everything I could physically do to avoid his touch throughout the meeting, he continued to touch me in a very dominating and aggressive way.
She continued,
Grabbing my thighs, my arms to pull me closer, my shoulders to pull me closer, my neck, my breasts, and smelling me.
She further added,
Do everything I could to wiggle away and avoid his pursuit, or punch the CEO of Guess. So I decided to just wiggle away.
Upton said photographer Yu Tsai was in the room when the incident and the photographer also corroborated the claims to the magazine.
The Other Woman starlet claimed Marciano continued the same approach to her for years, and she would get fired from jobs when she denied his advances. She recalls one instance when she declined his request to come to her hotel room.
Marciano insisted on entering her room saying she had already been in the hotel lobby and also called her from the hotel lobby desk. After several denials, she turned off her phone and locked the door and went to bed.
She said when she woke up next morning, she came to know that she had been fired from the shoot saying she had got fat.
The supermodel said a year after the harassment, she wanted to ''quit modeling'' and she even blamed herself for his behavior. But she says now she is ''sick of being silenced.''
She even said,
Paul used his power to make me feel insecure and powerless, but I'm not going to let him intimidate me anymore. These men think they are untouchable, but times are changing.
Guess CEO Marciano had previously denied her accusation in a statement to TMZ where he had said he even didn't touch her ever.
