Before appearing on National Geographic's show she was also featured shortly on "Sarah Palin's Alaska" reality series and Flying Wild Alaska documentary in 2011.

So far, she spent 17 years living in the vast and chilled environment of Alaska's Kavik River Camp and that's a very big thing for an individual.

She said,

"I’ve had 16 years’ experience going into the 17th, prior to that I has a 400-mile trap line. I quit trapping years ago but enjoyed it; what you do is you go for it, you just enjoy your life."

Hunting fishing and living around predators like fox and bear is a regular task for her. It was once she barely escaped death after an attack from a grizzly bear.

Despite the lawsuit, her position in the show has not come under threat. She'll be the part of the upcoming 11th season of 'Life Below Zero'. Let's wait and watch for more excitement.
