Laura Anne Ingraham is an American radio talk show host, conservative political commentator as well as a bestselling author. She had joined ABC News as its newest contributor. She is from a middle-class family. In 1981 she had completed her graduation from Glastonbury High School. After that in 1991, she had completed her graduation in Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College. She has also attended the University of Virginia.

In May 2008, Laura adopted a girl from Guatemala, named Maria Caroline. Also in July 2009, she adopted a thirteen-month-old boy Michael Dmitri. In June 2011, Laura announced the adoption of her third child Nikolai Peter from Russia.
