Since his early days, Eddie Hall has always been an avid athlete. The Beast aka Eddie Hall is known for his world records at being the strongest person who even won the World's Strongest Championship two years back in 2017. 

However, despite being a strong man that requires Hall to remain heavy, the former deadlift winner decided to undergo an impressive weight loss transition and even lost over four stones in the last couple of years.

As for Mr. Hall, the reason behind his weight loss transformation was for his health concern. So, what did Eddie Hall do to lose such a hefty sum of weight in just two years?

Hall Ditched Carbs

Eddie Hall's attention to lead a healthy lifestyle began in 2017 after facing a few complications regarding his health as he constantly needed to work with nutritionists and doctors all the time.

And, for the fans of Eddie Hall and the public, there's no doubt that the former Strong man champion was never active with fitness and workouts to stay fit or to even lose weight.

But, apart from performing extreme physical activities such as exercises and working out in the gym, it was mainly his diet focus that helped him shed weight. Eddie is a firm believer that weight gain is highly the result of consuming carbs at a large amount.

Matter of fact, according to Hall, 'Nutrition is the key'. So, Eddie removed high carbs food such as crisps and chocolate for his diet whilst he added more protein, fats, and fruits to his plate.

The father of two who shares with his wife, Alexandra Hall actually believes that obesity in Britain is mainly to blame on high-carbs food.

At his heaviest, Eddie weighed 31 stone and 7 Ibs but with taking control of his diet, he managed to farewell over 30 kg in just two years.

Meanwhile, Eddie Hall isn't the only celebrity to lose weight by cutting off carbs as fellow American country singer Tim McGraw as well as applied the same rule to shed weight.

And, apart from cutting carbs, Tim McGraw who also ditched alcohol and high calories food was able to lose more than 40 pounds in just a few months.
