Working Out Is The Key
For McGraw, he majoritively credits his pro-fitness lifestyle on helping with his weight loss goals. Not to mention, McGraw, once a super athlete during his college days, soon began to give up on that life as soon as the success of his singing career got to his feet.
Thanks to Gracie and her comment that sort of awakened the inner fitness passion for the Nashville residents. And, interestingly, it's amazing how he started to lead the healthy lifestyle by walking only 20 minutes in the morning.
Not long after that, the numerous time Grammy-winning rockstar found himself doing extreme physical acts in the gym. McGraw even hired a personal trainer, Roger Yuan who helped him in the gym. Today, he is working out all the time and even works out when he is on the road with his bandmates.
From burpees to squats to pushups to climbing ropes to flipping tractor tires, he has excelled at everything one needs to do at the gym. No wonder, how he was successful to earn that toned muscles and torso.
Tim McGraw Ditched Alcohol

The singer cut off hard drinks that are enriched with calories and can directly lead to weight gain. Apart from cutting off liquors, he also ditched other junk food containing high calories and carbs like burgers.
McGraw weighed over 215 pounds before he began to lose weight and went on to succeed to lose over 40 pounds in just a matter a few months.
