Marciano gave TMZ a statement where he has responded, Upton's tweet that accused him of taking benefit of his position to ''sexually and emotionally harass women.''
It’s disappointing that such an iconic women’s brand @GUESS is still empowering Paul Marciano as their creative director #metoo

In the statement, he provided to TMZ, he has mentioned, Kate Upton didn't provide any details and proof rather she just used the hashtag #metoo. He added, the actress, 25, made the malicious and false accusation hours before a gala event at Guess Jeans' headquarters in Los Angeles unveiling new Guess campaign.
Marciano further explained,
I am told that she has been working with others for some time to defame me and will claim that I groped her among other things.
Marciano also said Upton's accusations were baseless and he emphasized he has never touched Kate maliciously.
Some sources close to Marciano told TMZ that she has accused him just because Guess cut its relationship with her after a dispute over a photo shoot.
