Melissa and Mike's daughter loves to dance and they also have a dog named Brady. Brady was a gift as Christmas present.

Melissa started her career as a news intern in news WMAR-TV in Baltimore when she was just 18. She joined ESPN in 1996 Scholastic Sports America as a host.
She was also seen on 'Sunday NFL Countdown', 'Outside the Lines', 'NBA Finals', 'World Series', 'Stanley Cup Finals', and 'Final Four'.
In 2000 she joined ABC and worked as a sideline reporter for Monday Night Football for three seasons. In 2003 she joined THE TODAY SHOW as National Correspondent in NBC.
