17-years-ago Melissa met Mike Lilley through a mutual friend in 1999 when she was working in new your city both liked each other and become a soulmate later on.
At that time Mike Lilley was a bond trader working with Morgan Stanley. The love and attractiveness between them were mutual and at one point deep inside Melissa knew that they might start a family one day.
Mike was one who asked Melissa out at first it was Monday and she was working at Monday Night Football and so Melissa said, “We can go out, but do you mind if we can watch football?” at that time he knew she was not some normal blond chick and he fell in love. Melissa started her career as a news intern in news WMAR-TV in Baltimore when she was just 18. She joined ESPN in 1996 Scholastic Sports America as a host.
She was also seen on 'Sunday NFL Countdown', 'Outside the Lines', 'NBA Finals', 'World Series', 'Stanley Cup Finals', and 'Final Four'.
In 2000 she joined ABC and worked as a sideline reporter for Monday Night Football for three seasons. In 2003 she joined THE TODAY SHOW as National Correspondent in NBC.
