Keto Diet Is The Key
As per revelation, Tyson previously relied on the Keto diet, as recommended by his nutritionist, Greg Marriott, where the boxer focused on following and adopting low carbs food.
Tyson admitted himself on GMB that he ate low carbs as it was also revealed he fed his body average calories of 5500 as 2000 of them would be dedicated to performing physical movement whilst the rest would be left for the need of his body.
Besides, Fury also credits black coffee on his successful weight loss transformation. Sharing his secret, the coffee has to be without the milk for weight loss purpose though as claimed by the father of five children including; Prince John Tyson, Venezuela Tyson, Prince Tyson Fury II, Valencia Amber, and Prince Adonis, he shares with wife, Paris Fury.
Last but not least, of course, Tyson was able to reduce over 7 stone due to hard work and the dedication he contributed with working out and exercise regimen.
