The 46-year-old Urban Legend starlet Gayheart filed the papers in Los Angeles on Friday, 16th February, citing irreconcilable differences with Dane. Gayheart and her husband Dane told USA Today in a joint statement saying:

After 14 years together we have decided that ending our marriage is the best decision for our family. We will continue our friendship and work as a team to co-parent our two beautiful girls as they are the most important thing in the world to us.

According to the court papers, Gayheart has requested for the joint legal and physical custody of their two daughters; Billie, 7, and Georgina, 6.
