The couple first met in 1976 when Judy was working as an NBC correspondent. Their first meeting was interesting as they first saw each other while playing a softball game.
Although, according to Hunt, he first noticed her a month prior to their first meeting. Soon they started dating and moved to Washington D.C.
After three years of dating, they married one another in 1980 in a nuptial ceremony that was held in Washington D.C.
Shares Three Children
Their marriage is delightful as it is, and on top of that, they are proud parents of their three children. Two sons named, Jefferey, born 1982, Benjamin, born 1987, and one daughter Lauren, born 1989.
Their son Jefferey was born with spina bifida, a rare disease in which spine column is not formed fully. He underwent a surgery that left him a disabled and damaged brain.
Due to this, Judy went the into trauma that was about to destroy her career. But after a doctor advised her to not do it, she returned to work.
Soon after Jefferey graduated college and everything was fine.
The couple is still going strong and there is no news of divorce between them.
