I use a performance enhancer....IT'S CALLED WATER! •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Pro tip...stay hydrated. My secret to staying energized is that I drink 16oz of water first thing in the morning. I then fill up a 64oz water bottle and drink it throughout the first half of the day. Then I fill it up again and work on the next half. Too many people drink too little water. This is especially important when active and sweating, but water should still be consumed regularly throughout the day. You can over hydrate btw, so just make sure your pee isn't dark or too clear. Some people complain and say " I hate drinking water because then I have to pee!" I say that's great your body is filtering and purifying!!! #AllNatural #DrinkUp #CleanSport
