Is Bill O'Reilly Dating Someone? Details Of His Controversial Love Life And Marital Relationship

Bill O'Reilly is believed to be in a relationship with Lynne Kulakowski since 2011. Not much is known about the couple's affair except Lynee was at the center of the legal controversies in O'Reilly's ugly divorce from his former spouse and the subsequent aftermath.

Bill was previously married to his former wife Maureen E. McPhilmy, a public relations executive. The couple tied the knot on 2nd November 1992. The ceremony was held in St. Brigid Parish of Westbury, New York.

Earlier, the pair first met in 1992. They immediately noticed a growing spark as they dated for a few years before sharing their wedding vows. The duo shares two children together, a daughter named Madeline O'Reilly who was born in 1998, and a son named Spencer O'Reilly who they welcomed in 2003.

The couple separated on 2nd April 2010 before officially divorcing on 1st September 2011. They initially agreed to share custody of their children, but McPhilmy returned to court in February 2012 seeking full custody of her kids after O’Reilly violated the conditions of the agreement.

McPhilmy decided to fight for full custody after discovering Bill had hired an independent child therapist Lynne Kulakowski (his rumored current girlfriend) to perform virtually all of his parental duties.

According to court transcripts, O’Reilly’s daughter viewed him as an absentee parent who wasn’t interested in raising her. Moreover, Bill struggled to control his rage which she found "scary".

That was not the end of the drama in the O'Reilly family because, in May 2015, the trial which was earlier conducted to determine the custody of children and the subsequent court documents revealed signs of domestic violence in the household.

Madeline, their daughter, testified to a forensic examiner that she witnessed O'Reilly choking McPhilmy. She claimed her father was dragging her mom down the stairs of their home by her neck. Apparently, Bill was unaware that his daughter was watching.

O'Reilly issued a statement through his attorney describing the allegation as "100% false". Moreover, he refused to comment further in order "to respect the court-mandated confidentiality put in place to protect [his] children".

After both the kids reportedly said they would prefer to live with their mother, O'Reilly lost a bid for custody of both his children in February 2016.

After finalizing their divorce in September 2011, O’Reilly attempted to formally annul their marriage. Furthermore, he made sure McPhilmy was excluded from all participation in the sacraments and services of the Roman Catholic Church.
