And now, the model and entrepreneur Chyna is taking legal action against the anonymous man who leaked the tape. According to NYDaily News, Chyna's representative told,
Chyna plans to file a police report following the leak of a short video that shows her performing oral sex on an unknown partner
Chyna's representative, Walter Mosley told USA Today,
This is a criminal matter for the police to investigate.
He added,
To the best of my knowledge, the tape was first leaked on Twitter from an 'anonymous' source.
Mosley further said the Twitter account that leaked the tape has been suspended.
Attorney Lisa Bloom, who legally represents Chyna took to her Twitter on Monday addressing the leaked video where she wrote,
Revenge porn -- posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images -- is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse.

It's also a way to try to slut shame women for being sexual.

Last July, Chyna's ex-fiance Rob Kardashian attacked her on social media by posting her nude pictures. Kardashian posted pictures of Chyna showing bare breasts and genitals. Later in October, Chyna filed a lawsuit against Kardashian claiming she suffered ''significant damages.''
