Around 900 stores in Britain were closed Tuesday evening, and these stores might remain closed the whole week. However, other stores are still offering its customer a reduced menu or have cut in their serving hours.

A KFC spokesman has revealed the company has anticipated the closure will fall over the coming days. He said,

Each day more deliveries are being made; however, we expect the disruption to some restaurants to continue over the remainder of the week, meaning some will be closed and others operating with a reduced menu or shortened hours

 The chicken supplier DHL has extended its ''regrets'' for the interruption and asserted it's been doing its best to correct the situation as soon as possible. DHL spokesperson said,

Whilst we are not the only party responsible for the supply chain to KFC, we do apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused to KFC and their customers by this incident
