Born and raised (27 July 1972) in East Los Angeles, Alysha Del Valle is a popular traffic reporter and journalist.
She comes from a family of Latino activists.
Graduated from a local high school and later attended the University of Southern California getting a degree in Communications with honors.
Started her career in journalism as an assistant reporter for LA's Fox 11 News.
Later she served as the traffic reporter for "The George Lopez Morning Show" on Hot 92 Jamz.
Eventually, she became the lead host of two-morning shows for 102.7 KISS FM and finally entered television news joining ABC where she was the weekday morning traffic reporter for Eye Witness News Programme.
Currently, she joined KNBC News and will serve as morning traffic anchor and reporter.
