Popularly known English broadcaster, musician and writer none other than Mark Radcliffe is married to journalist, reporter, and lecturer Jennifer Radcliffe.

Mark Radcliffe is a popular radio host of BBC Network. The three times Sony Radio Academy Award winner is one of the popular voices of the radio and people never forgets to tune into his channel every time when he is on the radio.

Mark is also a married man. He tied the knot to a journalist, reporter, and lecturer Jennifer Radcliffe. So, today let us discuss the couple their children and relationship. 

Mark Radcliffe's Married Life; His Wife and Children 

Though being a celebrity, Radcliffe lives a very private life which is why he has made very difficult for us to know about his affairs. We only know that he is living a blissful family life with his wife and children.

He has a daughter named Holly who turned 20, she is the daughter of Radcliffe from the first marriage and Radcliffe also has two other daughters named Mia and Rose. Mia is nine whereas Rose is six-year-old.

Mark says that for him family is the most important part of his life and he loves to spend time with his daughters. He said:

"In retrospect, I still had a lot of stuff going on in my head when Holly was born and am now in a much better place at prioritizing it. The highlight of my week is Saturday: lighting the fire and watching Strictly Come Dancing and The X Factor with the girls." 

He is also very thankful to his wife as she was always with him and his girls and it was because of her that he is in this position today.

Mark further said:

"My daughters know that they are lucky to have a mum who has been able to stay off work to look after them. They are also very aware of the value of an extended family. They have 12 cousins and it gives them a great sense of security and belonging."

He loves his family and loves to be with them.

"I love it when I come home and the dog leaps up and the girls run out to greet me. I realize how fortunate I am."

Mark’s wonderful career

He started his career when he was a student, Radcliffe became the member of many bands, consisting a short stint as a drummer or the brand Skrewdriver but he left the band.

Radcliffe began his career in radio in 1982 at Piccadilly Radio, he anchored a night show on Friday named Cure For Insomnia. Afterward, he hosted Transmission, which was a broad show.

He reached to eminence as a DJ on BBC Radio 5’s Hit the North in 1990 but then he also appeared in other programs such as Cult Radio.

After 20 years in 2009 Radcliffe was briefly stood as a presenter on BBC Radio 5 live, the station which replaced it to shield the afternoon show with Simon Mayo.

Radcliffe started his radio 1 career in 1983, at Maida Vale Studios Radcliffe produced that sessions for John Peel’s show. 

Radcliffe started representing one-hour evening show on Monday called Out on Blue Six. In early 1993, he represented the program of arts “the guest list” on Thursday. 

Touching up with above information besides his career as a presenter, he represented a live music television program, The White Room, for four series on Channel 4 from 11th June 1994 to 23rd August 1996 and in BBC coverage of the Glastonbury Festival and the Cambridge Folk Festival he regularly appeared.

With Marc Riley, he represented a music based quiz program, pop upstairs downstairs, for the BBC/flex tech digital TV channel UK Play in 1999 and 2000. He was also the winner of the singing competition stars in the eye. 

Radcliffe also wrote an autobiography of show business like the diary of a rock and roll nobody; censoriously applaud history of his strives at a career as a musician, including his exploits with Shirehorse. 

He has also written novel Northern Sky – which was based around a folk music club in a Northern English city which was published in 2005.
