"And as soon as you think of all the things you can't do, that's when you want them. Actually, the real reason I don't want to get married is that you have to get a blood test. I hate needles. I mean, injections, or anything like that, absolutely petrify me."

"I just faint immediately. I get this feeling I'm going to be murdered. I mean, doctors just terrify me. So, I guess I won't get married."

It seems that Jeannie doesn't think marriage is an important issue in her life, so as per her words, Berlin is still single and probably she might have separated with her boyfriend.

Professional career of Jeannie Berlin

Talented Jeannie got her first break through the movie "In Name Only" in the role of Heather in 1969. Later in 1972, Berlin's was awarded New York Film Critics Award for Best Supporting Actress in The Heartbreak Kid.

Berlin again appeared in one of the episodes of Columbo, "Old Fashioned Murder" after the successful role in Sheila Levine Is Dead and Living in New York of 1975.

Keeping herself away from acting for decades, Berlin appeared in 2011 in Margaret and later gave an appearance in the movies like Inherent Vice, Cafe Society and The Night of in 2014 and 2016 respectively.
