To the Extreme star and his spouse, Laura Giaritta isn't getting divorced even though, she filed for a divorce in 2016 citing the marriage was "irretrievably broken". Probably, the duo wants to give one more chance to improve their relationship.
Giaritta and her beau are blessed with their third child, a baby girl on 31st October 2018. At the time, Vanilla took a picture of his child on Instagram writing the "best birthday gift". It seems like, the cupid reconciled after realizing she is pregnant with his baby.
Most notably, a month before the arrival of their child, Vanilla donated $25,000 to the Palms west hospital after winning FamilyFeudABC. On 11 January 2020, the Big Money cast enjoyed a holiday with his beloved spouse, Giaritta and he was kissed on his cheeks by Laura.

Laura is currently in the process of a divorce with her husband Vanilla Ice. Laura filed for divorce with the famous American rapper in 2016 but the divorce is not yet final, according to sources. They have two daughters together named Dusti Rain Van Winkle and KeeLee Breeze Van Winkle.

They dated for roughly around two years and soon decided to get married.
On the bright sunny day of March 30, 1997, they finally decided to walk down the aisle. The ceremony was performed at Star Island mansion in Miami Beach in a small ceremony consisting of close friends and family of the couple. Their union quickly resulted in the birth of their first child Dusti Rain in 1998 and KeeLee Breeze was born in 2000.
Their marriage seemed like a fairytale love story at first but seemed to take a dark turn in the days to come. The anger issues of Ice eventually took a toll on the happiness of their family.

Although the couple seemed very happy in front of the cameras their marriage was always troublesome. Vannila Ice is well known for having a short temper and losing his cool. In 2001, Vanilla Ice was charged with domestic violence and was asked to undergo family therapy. He was arrested again for battery in 2004 and 2008, but Giaritta dropped the charges both times.
Laura has often accused Ice of not being a good father and claims that she raised the girls practically by herself. As Vanilla Ice was unavailable father his daughters are also not close with their father as they should be.
Back in 2016, on her 46th birthday, Giaritta filed for divorce from Vanilla Ice in Palm Beach County, Florida. He was handed the paperwork on October 19 when he was on tour. But according to sources, the divorce is not finalized yet. She seems to be referring to Ice when she is using the hashtag let me go.

As per sources, the duo was living separately for five years before filing for the divorce. Although being apart from each other they were often seen together taking romantic vacations. The last trip she took with Ice was their Curacao trip, she has not spoken to Ice since. The daughters were also said to be happy with the divorce because of the chaos their life had been in due to the relationship of their father and mother.
Vanilla Ice demanded 50/50 custody of their daughters and didn't provide any alimony despite the claims of his wife. His wife claimed alimony on the basis that she supported the rapper's career and dedicated most of her time to the girls.
