Stanley shunned her fans last year when she ditched some unwanted fat and revealed that she lost almost a stone in just six weeks. At the time, the mother of one; Nancy June Perez the actress shares with husband Mark Perez opted to keep it a secret.

Luckily for the fans, almost a year later, the Portsmouth born, however, finally decided to reveal all of her weight loss secrets. So, what was the plan? Did she undergo any weight loss surgery?
