Her parents-in-law, Charles Cullen, and Peggy Bingham told the outlet they last saw her on Sunday. Cullen said,
We would give anything not to see this happened. We just lost so much. You don't expect something like this here, how it happened. She was just in that place at that time.
Bingham added,
She was just a sweet girl. I can't believe that she is gone. That baby. I was hoping that baby would make it; it would have meant a lot.
The 59-year-old truck driver, Antanas Sereiva has been charged with a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act violation for ''unsafe equipment.''
The Illinois States Police revealed that the semi-truck wheel rim had become detached from its rear axle and landed on Cullen's windshield. Cullen was married to husband, Dave Cullen and they had three daughters together, aged 8 years, 5 years, and 15 months.
