The mother of three significantly relies on healthy and fresh plant-based food. Candice isn't fully vegan though as she occasionally takes meat items such as fish and sushi. Not to mention, Candace also eats eggs to provide protein for her body.
Other than that, the Los Angeles native also added less calorie and low sugar food whilst she eliminated white flour, refined sugar, and dairy. At this point, you could say, the actress is all about that life.
The actress, however, mostly follows the same pattern when it comes to her eating as she fully acknowledges what to fuel her body with. This is because Candace knows all the different foods and has sorted out the important ones her body needs.
Follows A Unique Workout Plan
The mother of three is equally involved in physical work to keep her physique great looking as much as she is invested in quality diets. Moreover, Candace's favorite workout happens when she's doing it with her training buddy, none other than, Kira Stokes.
Matter of fact, the duo can tirelessly work out for more than two hours when they meet up. Because on the normal basis, Cameron only works out for a minimum of 30 minutes or the maximum of 60 minutes.
There is no doubt that Candace strictly follows her work out regimen that did wonder to her figure. But, the main interesting rule the actress follows with her exercise regimen is the fact that she consumes protein after finishing her workout session and consumes carbs before beginning her workout sessions.
