Mr. Pratt, however, didn't decide to go the drastic weight loss transformation just for the sake of the supernova film though. As a lot of celebrities tend to go and apply different kinds of methods to shed weight, Pratt as well as adopted a weight loss regimen that helped him lose a whopping of 60 Ibs in just a matter of six months. So, what did the Minnesota native actually do?

Pratt Peed All The Time

Yes, to meet his weight loss goals, one major issue Pratt had to encounter all the time was peeing. Wondering how? The success key to Chris' weight loss was drinking water all the time.

Last but not least, obviously, the weight loss wouldn't have happened, if he didn't get out of his comfort zone and played with some equipment at the gym. More like he wouldn't have earned that toned abs and muscles.

Chris Worked With A Personal Trainer

With a little help from personal trainer aka Duffy Gaver, a former Navy Seal turned fitness guru, the father of one, Jack Pratt, he shares with former wife, Anna Faris, popular for her appearance in Scary Movie, worked out on an extreme level.

Thanks to Chris for often sharing a sneak peek behind his work out routine which included performing cardio alongside a few sexy shirtless mirror selfies on social media. Matter of fact, he worked out at least five times a week.

Additionally, other physical acts that helped him lose weight also included home-based exercise called P90X, swimming, boxing and running. The results? Pratt who once weighed over 300 pounds then went down to 222 Ibs after roughly losing 82 Pounds.
