Lohan revealed on the reality TV show, Celebrity Big Brother that she is romantically involved with a man for five years whom she’s never met. Afterward, Nadler revealed through Page Six that he’s the guy.

Nadler is successful in the field of commercial real estate. He confessed that he came forward with his identity because he didn't want to be known as a Catfish. His statement came after Lohan's housemates in the TV show questioned his existence.
He told the media,
“I’m a good guy, I’m the real deal.”
He further added,
“Just the thought of people thinking I could be a catfish when everyone knows me and knows how hard I work and how I respect women."
He also said,
"I'm old school. I don't FaceTime. I don't text. Hell, I still play old records instead of CDs. But one thing is true, I love that Dina."
Prior to being in a relationship with Jesse, she married Michael Lohan but divorced in 2007. In fact, The ex-husband also came to the defense of Dina's boyfriend on how he is actually an authentic guy.

Nadler and 56-year-old Dina are romantically involved for five years. The duo is actively interactive on Facebook right from the time they first started talking.
While her ex-husband is really supportive of her new relationship, daughter Lindsey Lohan is nothing but supportive. The daughter expressed her support to her mother on the Instagram post of Celebrity Big Brother.
She commented,
