Phil was married for the third time in 2006 with Rachelle Short, however, the shocking part is he was charged with murdering actress Lana Clarkson one month before the ceremony.
He was convicted and found guilty and now he’s serving 19 years in jail for second-degree murder. Now he has decided to divorce his wife as she’s spending the money and he’s weary of his future after he is released from the jail. Phil wants to make sure that he has some money when he is out of the prison and not get into any trouble.
Phil only receives 300$ as a monthly allowance and now has told one of his daughters to handle his wealth. Rachelle Spector has definitely spent a lot of money.
