Oscar-winning actress Renee Zellweger joins TODAY in Studio 1A to discuss her return to the spotlight after taking time away. During her break from acting, she studied international law at UCLA.

On Monday Morning, Renee Zellweger made headlines after revealing that she snuck into the University of California, Los Angeles, to study international law during a break she took from acting. 

In an interview in Today Show in New York City, The Bridget Jones star had put on a black coat over a black top and eye-popping orange slacks with deeper orange pumps. The lady waved to fans outside the studio.

The Oscar-winning actress went on six-year hiatus from the profession in 2010 after she starred in Case 39 before returning to reprise her famous role in Bridget Jone's Baby in 2016.

Speaking on NBC's Today Show, she insisted as far as her break; she said," I've taken time off from my acting career to grow myself as a person and learn some things not related to work."

The blonde beauty, 52, said that politics was one of her "favorite things." Last week, Renee said to the publication that she was amazed after seeing herself as Pam Hupp for the first time after showing off a body prosthetic.

When asked the best actress, Zellweger in Studio 1A talked about the procedure of transforming into the killer Pam Hupp for the crime drama series "The Thing About Pam."

The actress said it was essential for the viewers to look her much like Hupp as possible, who serves a life sentence for the murder of Louis Gumpenberger.

Adding Renee said," I went to school and just took some time out, and decided to participate in a different way. I snuck into UCLA and did some public policy for a little while in international law. I'm interested in politics."

The UCLA School of Law is one of 12 professional schools at the University of California, Los Angeles. The interviewer asked if she had an end goal in mind or her studies were an interim pursuit or whether; she replied," I'm not sure."

 As for her starring role, Renee is popular in the Bridget Jones series, Zellweger, and is known for her roles in Jerry Maguire, Chicago, and Judy. Further, she added that studying politics is one of her favorite things. She joked that she could bore you to death at a dinner party.
