Bob Golic has experienced both the joys and sorrows of marriage. He has been married twice and has three children from his two unions. His first marriage was to Jacqueline Benlein, whom he met in college and married in 1983. They had two sons together: Christopher Robert Golic (born in 1984), and Robert Perry Golic Jr. (born in 1986). They seemed to have a happy family life, but their relationship deteriorated over time and they decided to end their marriage in 1992.
