Before that, he was a star of the NBC's comedy show, Thank God You're Here, a 2007 improv comedy show. Tallman was awarded the Channel 101 Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2007 Channel 101 Canny Awards.

Chris Tallman was born, Christopher Tallman on 22nd September 1970 in Madison, Wisconsin to American parents. He belongs to White-American ethnicity and holds an American nationality.
Tallman went to Madison West High School. During the time in Madison, he performed at various theatre groups. He also worked as a member of an improvisational comedy organization, ComedySportz.
