He is a Canadian journalist and news anchor, best known for anchoring the news in primetime hours on CTV News Channel, since 2001. He started his broadcast career at CKLY in Lindsay, Ontario as a news and sports director. His one of the major achievement includes, the 1997 Gemini Award for Best Performance by a Sports Broadcaster for an interview with hockey superstar Wayne Gretzky.
