Edith Ann Tarbox, popularly known as E.D. Hill, is a journalist currently working at CNN. She had formerly also worked as a vee-jay for popular music channel, VH1. She graduated from University of Texas at Austin with a degree in journalism. During her graduation years, she started off her career in television industry as an anchor and reporter at KDLH-TV in 1984. She had only joined CNN starting 2010 but the program sustained only for five months. And since 2011, she’s hosting CNN Newsroom for the channel. She had won a local Emmy for outstanding news special during her work at WHDH-TV.
She has married three times altogether. She had first tied the knot with Marc Philip Weill. Their marriage could not last long and they divorced in 1995. She then married J David Donahey only to end their union shortly after. She is currently married to venture capitalist Joe Hill, her long term boyfriend. She exchanged marriage vows with him in 2002.
