An actress and singer Florence Henderson is well known for her starring role as matriarch Carol Brady on the ABC sitcom “The Brady Bunch”. Henderson was born to the parents of a homemaker Elizabeth and a tobacco sharecropper Joseph Henderson . She attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Henderson began performing at an early age and she began her career on the stage performing in musicals like 'Oklahoma! And South Pacific'. She made her first debut film, The Song of Norway.
