Sir George Henry Martin is a British record producer, audio engineer, composer and musician. His career has spanned more than six decades and is considered one of the greatest record producers of all time, with 30 number-one hit singles in the UK and 23 number-one hits in the USA. He studied piano and oboe at Guildhall School of Music and Drama from 1947 to 1950.
