James Hays Eckhouse, popular as James Eckhouse, is an American actor and director. James spent his childhood in Chicago and graduated from New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois in 1972. Then he attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). James was passionate in acting since his childhood. That’s why he chose the film industry later. He is generally renowned for directing and acting in the role as Jim Walsh in a television series “Beverly Hills, 90210” (1990), from which James earned about $349,650. And the character was judged as 41th in TV Guide list of the "50 Greatest TV Dads of All Time".
