She is a fitness model, writer and a former NFL cheerleader. From the Texas A&M University, she earned a degree in speech communication/organization. She is often featured in several articles and as a cover girl on many fitness and women's magazines including, Fitness Hers and Planet Muscle, MuscleMag, Oxygen, Ironman, Status Fitness, Flex, DXL, Fatfighter.TV, Muscle. In 2006, she was crowned the “World's Fittest Model”.
