Jeffrey Birnbaum was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He went to University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a degree in English in 1977. Jeff started his career in journalism by working in The Wall Street Journal and is currently known as a television commentator and political analyst. He is currently working in the lobbying firm Barbour, Griffith & Rogers as the head of the public relations division.
Besides a journalist, Jeff Birnbaum is an author as well well-known for his books Showdown at Gucci Gulch, The Money Men, The Lobbyists, and Madhouse. He is known to have worked previously for The Washington Post and The Washington Times. Jeff has also worked as Digital Managing Editor. He is married and has three children. But there is not much information about his family.
