Jessie Cave is an actress, comedian, and cartoonist. She is well known for portraying Lavender Brown in the film series “Harry Potter”. Jessie gained a degree in Illustration and Animation from Kingston University/ While she was a student, Cave worked backstage in various theaters before deciding to pursue acting. Jessie made her acting debut in the drama "Summerhill". She also appeared in "Great Expectations" and "Wizards vs. Aliens". She has published a book of cartoons and releases comedy sketches online.
Jessie Cave and her boyfriend, Alfie Brown, welcomed their first son, Donnie in December 2014. She and her partner, who is the son of Steve Brown and Jan Ravens, are not yet married and welcomed their second child, a daughter in July 2016. Cave's 2015 Edinburgh Festival Fringe comedy hit "I Loved Her" is an inspiration from her relationship with Brown.
