Lillo Brancato's Relationship Status; Who's His Wife?

Lillo Brancato seems to be unmarried but he has been in a longtime relationship with his partner Christina Chen. There has been no confirmation if his partner has become his spouse. However, many reports claim that he has a troubled past, but his girlfriend and future wife Chen stayed committed to him even during his dark times.

Why Was Lillo Brancato Sentenced to Prison?

The controversy surrounded him in 2005 when a  judge sentenced him. After his former girlfriend's dad, Steven Armento fired the fatal shot when gunfire was exchanged in an alleyway, it killed an off-duty NYPD police officer Daniel  Enchautegui. Steven was charged with second-degree murder, and his trial started on November 17, 2008.

Furthermore, Lillo who was unarmed was shot by Echautegi during the firefight, and he subsequently lost part of his colon and his spleen. Lillo recalled his night in Rikers Island in the medical dorms, which were surrounded by plexiglass windows.

In addition, Lillo claimed they weren't looking to housebreaking rather he and his partner were in an attempt to shoplift drugs from Kenny Scovotti's house. He discussed that his friend wouldn't mind his being high on cocaine. 

A month later, a jury discovered him not guilty of murder but found him guilty of first-degree attempted burglary. He was convicted of attempted burglary and served eight years in prison. Sadly for Encautegi, he heard the windows break, which was the beginning of the end. Armento fought back and ended up shooting and killing him.

Further, Brancato was eventually transferred to the Hudson Correctional Facility. The multi-talented celebrity was released before the completion of his sentence, on December 31 2013 and he didn't stop using a drug, even having a heroin overdose.
